Karen is a dedicated design leader with a mind that thrives on strategy and a heart that beats a little faster when different disciplines come together to create something magical.

She’s also an aspiring ukulele player, an enthusiastic (but not particularly talented) dancer, and part of a perfectly chaotic family of five.
